National group collects 60,000 signatures to urge Ohio lawmakers to pass bill restricting parental rights for rapists

Students from the Ohio State University chapter of abortion rights group Choice USA delivered signatures collected on the Ultraviolet website to Sen. John Eklund… Wednesday morning. Eklund chairs the Senate Criminal Justice Committee where three bills to restrict rapists’ parental rights are pending.
