LSU survivor Kendall Francis deserves justice. After reporting that LSU football player Damien Shanklin sexually assaulted her, LSU's Title IX office found him responsible for “forcible rape” and suspended him for two semesters. But when he appealed, his punishment was REDUCED to disciplinary probation, allowing him to return to campus. Imagine being told to share a campus with someone your own university found responsible for sexually assaulting you. It's unacceptable.
