Unwanted in Miami

Sexual predators Andrew and Tristan Tate

En Español

Who is Andrew Tate?

Andrew Tate is a sexist social media influencer who sells online courses teaching men how to get rich by sexually exploiting and trafficking women.1 He has over 10 million followers under his handle @Cobratate on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, where his pinned post is a video ad for The Real World, an app-based platform offering tutorials on how to manipulate, control and exploit women.2

He and his brother, Tristan Tate, were, until recently, barred from traveling outside of Romania, where they are facing charges of human trafficking and are under investigation for trafficking minors for sexual exploitation. They are also wanted for rape and human trafficking charges in the United Kingdom.3

The Tates recently rented a mansion in Miami Beach, went to watch a UFC fight in Las Vegas, then were spotted at a press conference for a professional boxer in Los Angeles. They need to be in prison.

That’s why more than 10,000 UltraViolet Action members are calling on U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to send Andrew Tate to the United Kingdom to face the charges against him. Click here to add your name.

Watch a testimony from two survivors of Andrew Tate’s abuse, but please keep in mind their testimonies are very distressing (cw: rape and violence against women):

Watch Andrew Tate explain how he exploits and traffics women in his own words, if you can stomach listening to him:

Why did Andrew Tate come to Florida?

On February 27, 2025, Andrew and Tristan Tate left Romania in the predawn hours to travel via private jet to Florida. The Financial Times reported that the Trump administration had asked Romanian officials to return the Tates’ passports to them and lift the travel restrictions against them while their criminal case proceeds in court. Just days after their arrival, the Tates rented a mansion in Miami Beach.4

Sign now to tell U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to extradite Andrew Tate now.

The Trump-Musk administration claims to “protect women.” Why did it import wanted sexual predators to the U.S.?

The answer is twofold: Because the administration is lying to us and because Donald Trump and Elon Musk do unethical favors for their friends.

The big lie. Despite its claims of protecting women, the Trump-Musk administration has reduced protections for survivors of sexual violence and restricted women’s access to basic health care, and also plans to cut Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, programs that many working women and seniors depend on.5,6 Their actions speak louder than their words.

“Bros before h**s” isn’t just a sexist mantra, it’s a problematic value the administration champions. According to multiple press reports, Andrew Tate has been friends with Donald Trump Jr., President Trump’s oldest son, for many years. While campaigning this summer, Trump and Vice President JD Vance appeared on several sexist manosphere podcasts linked to the Tates, and Trump Jr. has called the Tates’ detention in Romania “absolute insanity.” Elon Musk reinstated Tate’s banned Twitter account as soon as he bought the social media platform in 2022.7 And most recently, one of the lawyers whom Andrew Tate hired to fight his human trafficking charges, Paul Ingrassia, was sworn in as the White House liaison for the Department of Justice.8

For all these reasons, Andrew and Tristan Tate got their “get-out-of-Romanian-jail-free” card from Donald Trump and have rented a mansion in Miami.

Women and children should stay far away from these men!

What can I do about it?

  1. Sign the petition to demand U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi send Andrew Tate to the UK to face rape charges.  Survivors deserve justice.
  2. Warn the women in your life to avoid these sexual predators. Andrew Tate goes by @Cobratate online, and Tristan Tate goes by @TateTheTalisman.
  3. Don’t let the Trump-Musk administration gaslight you. “Protecting women” is a bogus excuse for their attacks on immigrants and transgender people. If Trump truly cared about women’s safety, he wouldn’t have allowed the Tates to take one step back onto our shores.
  4. Share accurate information about human trafficking. Human traffickers target vulnerable people they can exploit with little to no resistance. This includes undocumented immigrants, young women and girls who are estranged from their families or have no social support networks, runaways, sex workers, and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
