Protests planned for Whole Foods in Berkeley, Oakland
A coalition of women and labor groups will protest on Saturday at Whole Foods stores in Berkeley and Oakland. They are organized by national women’s activist group UltraViolet and Fight For 15, a Chicago-based labor union for retail and fast-food workers, who are demanding better treatment of women employees.

Petitioners demand that Montana judge resign over rape sentencing
The National Organization of Women, better known as NOW, filed a complaint on Tuesday against Judge Todd Baugh of Billings for his comments and perceived leniency during the sentencing of Stacey Rambold… On Tuesday, members of NOW along with a group known as Ultraviolet delivered 144,000 signatures in boxes along with the complaint to Montana’s Judicial Standards Commission in Helena.
